Privacy & Children’s Privacy Notice

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Parents remain in control. A parent or legal guardian creates the family account, creates student profiles, and controls student access. We do not sell student information, use it for targeted advertising, or let students make it public.

This notice describes the information practices of Learning In Full at learninginfull.com, including our practices for information about children under 13.

1. Who operates the service

Learning In Full is a product name and is not presently a separately registered legal entity. Its designated business contact is Goldpoint Holdings, LLC. This notice does not state that Learning In Full is currently a registered assumed name or separate company.

Goldpoint Holdings, LLC

This email address handles privacy inquiries and verified parent requests concerning Learning In Full and its service providers.

2. Who may create accounts

Family accounts are for adults who are parents or legal guardians. A child must not create a family account. A student uses only the student workspace created and supervised by the parent or guardian. The adult confirms authority to provide the child’s information and consent to the practices described here before creating student profiles.

3. Information we collect

Parent and account information: email address, authentication records, guardian name, state, subscription status, and support communications.

Student profile information: name or nickname, age, grade level, avatar color, learning style, strengths, areas for improvement, interests, academic goals, parent notes, and start date.

Learning records: curriculum selections, schedules, assignments, lesson progress, quiz attempts, grades, attendance, reading activity, projects, goals, achievements, and parent feedback.

Technical and acquisition information: session and security records, first landing page, referring website domain, and campaign parameters used to understand which outreach leads to account creation. IP address and device/browser information may be ordinarily processed by our hosting, authentication, and security providers, but our campaign reporting does not retain those identifiers. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Payment information: Stripe processes payment-card details. Learning In Full receives billing identifiers and subscription status but does not store full card numbers.

4. How we collect and use information

Parents provide account and student information. Students and parents create learning records as they use the service. We use this information only to operate the family’s learning workspace, synchronize records, secure accounts, provide support, process subscriptions, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

When a parent requests AI-generated lesson material, the service sends the educational prompt and relevant grade/topic context to Anthropic. The application is designed not to require a student’s name in that request. Parents should not place personal information in lesson-generation prompts.

5. Service providers

We use service providers only to operate the service: Supabase (account authentication and database hosting), Vercel (website and application hosting), Stripe (payments and subscription management), Anthropic (optional lesson generation), and YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player for parent-curated educational videos. A YouTube connection is not made until a user chooses to play a video.

These providers process information for the operational purpose described above under their own security and contractual commitments. We do not allow them to use student information for our targeted advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

6. Children’s privacy and parental rights

A parent may review a child’s information within the family account, export learning records, correct profile information, stop further collection by discontinuing use, and request deletion of a student profile or the complete family account. We verify the requester through the authenticated parent account or another reasonable method before providing or deleting information.

To make a request, use Data Management in Settings or email admin@learninginfull.com. We will not require a child to provide more personal information than is reasonably necessary to use the student workspace.

7. Retention and deletion

Active family and student records are retained while the account is used because those records provide the service. When a verified account-deletion request is completed, family and student records are deleted from active systems. Limited billing, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those specific purposes. Provider backups may retain encrypted residual copies for a limited rotation period before deletion.

We periodically review inactive records and do not retain children’s personal information indefinitely without an operational or legal need.

8. Security

We use encrypted transport, account authentication, row-level database controls that separate families, restricted administrative access, and multi-factor authentication for the owner console. No security system is perfect. If we learn of an incident affecting personal information, we will investigate and provide notices required by law.

9. No advertising or public profiles

The service does not display behavioral advertising, create advertising profiles from student records, sell personal information, or provide public student profiles, chat rooms, or public posting features.

10. Changes to this notice

We will post revisions here and update the date above. If a change materially affects previously authorized collection, use, or disclosure of children’s information, we will provide direct notice to parents and obtain any consent required before applying that change.
