Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Learning In Full. By creating a family account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Adult family accounts
You must be at least 18 and have authority to enter this agreement. A family account must be created and controlled by a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for student profiles and credentials created under your account and for supervising each student’s use.
2. The service
Learning In Full provides homeschool planning, curriculum organization, student workspaces, and recordkeeping tools. It supports—not replaces—the parent’s educational judgment, legal responsibilities, or professional advice. Features may change as the product develops.
3. Educational and AI material
Curriculum, generated lessons, standards references, grades, and recommendations may contain errors or may not fit a particular child or jurisdiction. A parent must review material before relying on it. AI-generated content is a drafting aid and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, age-appropriate, or suitable for a student.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate account information; protect credentials; use the service lawfully; review student activity; keep your own copies of records needed for legal compliance; and avoid uploading information that is unnecessary, unlawful, or that you lack authority to provide.
5. Acceptable use
You may not probe or bypass security, access another family’s data, disrupt the service, upload malicious code, scrape the service at scale, resell access without permission, infringe intellectual property, or use the service to harm, exploit, or unlawfully monitor a child.
6. Family content
You retain ownership of information and original content you enter. You give Learning In Full a limited permission to host, process, back up, and display it only as needed to operate and secure the service. You represent that you have authority to provide it.
7. Subscription and cancellation
The Founding Family plan is $19 per month for up to three learners and includes a 30-day free trial. A payment method is required for checkout. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription renews monthly until canceled. You may manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Taxes may apply. Any refund required by law will be honored; otherwise, partial billing periods are not refundable.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy & Children’s Privacy Notice explains our data practices and is part of these Terms.
9. Account suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, nonpayment, unlawful activity, material breach, or harm to users or the service. When practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export records.
10. Service availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to maintain a reliable and secure product but do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of third-party content, or that the service will meet every legal or educational requirement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learning In Full is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of records, or lost profits arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated to account holders. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Business identity and contact
Learning In Full is a product name and is not presently a separately registered legal entity. Its designated business contact is Goldpoint Holdings, LLC. This statement does not represent that Learning In Full is currently a registered assumed name or separate company.
